In a leafy corner of the North York Moors National Park, on the edge of the vast and beautiful Dalby Forest, you’ll find two cosy hideaways tucked away in a large cottage garden… perfect for a stargazing getaway.
Choose to hideaway for a weekend in the shepherds hut or garden den at Gumboots & Wellingtons during February and receive s’mores treats to enjoy by the fire pit, as well as a hand drawn map to guide you on a twilight wander through the groups to gaze at the dark skies above us.
As the sun goes down, snuggle up under warm blankets and wonder at the twinkling star filled dark sky.
Suitability: 2 adults only, available to book each weekend during the Dark Skies Festival. Included in the cost is a locally sourced and homemade breakfast supplies for guests as well as a basket of wood to use on the wood burner or fire pit.
