As part of our Dark Skies Festival, join us for an evening of stargazing with Whitby & District Astronomical Society.
Come and explore the majestic winter sky at its best and marvel at the many wonders from stellar nurseries and brilliant galactic clusters, to supernova remnants and remote galaxies. All in the heart of the beautiful International Dark Sky Reserve.
If we can’t see the stars due to poor weather, a presentation will be shown inside.
Warm clothing and good footwear is advised. If bringing torches please use red or low light.
Hot drinks and snacks will be available from Park Life Café.
Booking essential. Wheelchair accessible. Sorry, no dogs. Children to be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age: 10
