A National Park Event - Part of the Dark Skies Festival

An evening exploring and learning about freeholders wood.  Following the Constellation trail we will find and whittle sticks, create an adventure stick and build and light a fire.

Later there will be a chance to sit around the fire toast marshmallows and hear a story.

This event is perfect for families with children of all ages to enjoy together, under 8s must be accompanied and under 3s must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian and will not be allowed to approach the fire.

The café at the National Park Centre will be open until 8pm serving hot drinks and cake.
